The goal is to guide disadvantaged and newly graduated women toward creating their own <strong>income-generating businesses<\/strong>, providing them with the professional skills and personal capacity to direct their own life paths. The work of our sisters and partners-in-mission is seen as a crucial collaboration with the government&#8217;s commitment to reducing the widespread poverty affecting much of the population in Mozambique.<\/p>\n<p>This powerful partnership and its remarkable outcomes were recently highlighted at a <strong>closing ceremony for 68 program graduates<\/strong>. In a significant gesture of recognition for the work of the Congregation, the First Lady of the Republic of Mozambique, <a href=\"https:\/\/oaflad.org\/en\/oaflad_members\/her-excellency-mrs-gueta-selemane-chapo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">H.E.
