Easter 2025
Dear Sisters and Partners-in-Mission,
Christ is risen!
Love has triumphed!
Hope is alive!
In the quiet dawn of Easter morning, as the stone is rolled away and the tomb stands empty, the world is offered once again the most radical gift: hope that rises, even from the depths of sorrow.
This Easter comes to us not untouched by pain. We carry in our hearts the anguish of wars that devastate lives, the tremors of the earth that leave communities shattered, the forced displacement of our brothers and sisters, and the cruel indifference faced by those who live on the margins.
Yet it is precisely into this brokenness that the Risen Christ steps—not with might, but with mercy; not with thunder, but with light.
In each of our realities—whether joyful or burdened—we are invited to rise; to be people of the Resurrection. To lift those who have fallen. To speak life into places of despair. To walk gently but boldly with those entrusted to our care.
Wherever we serve, let us be bearers of light, pilgrims of hope, witnesses of God’s boundless tenderness.
Wishes for a blessed and grace-filled Easter!
With deep gratitude and Easter joy,
